This person has traveled from Najaf for several days and has come to Madinah for this purpose. That he will ask the gunner of Madinah for himself. He will explain his situation in front of him. So that it can be appreciated. And the Governor of Madinah used to sit in the Prophet's Mosque every day for this purpose. His job was to help the poor. And everyday he used to distribute wealth and wealth among people. But even though this person was there, he could not ask the question. Whenever he was ready for a question.
